1. Definitions

The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations as a user of the 71bd platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 71bd platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if you have an existing account, contact support at [email protected] to request account closure.

71bd reserves the right to require that players re-confirm their acceptance of these terms following any material update. Where such re-confirmation is required, continued use of the platform without completing the confirmation process may result in temporary access restrictions.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 71bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law, and where you bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
• You are not accessing the platform on behalf of another person or as an agent of a third party for the purposes of gambling.
• You do not have an existing self-exclusion arrangement in place with 71bd or any other gambling platform that covers your current period of attempted use.
• You are not classified as a "vulnerable person" as defined by applicable responsible gambling guidelines, including but not limited to persons with a diagnosed gambling addiction who are in an active treatment programme.
• You are acting as a private individual in a personal capacity and not as a professional or commercial betting operator.

Age Verification

71bd conducts identity and age verification checks as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Verification may be requested at registration or at any point prior to the processing of a withdrawal. Documents typically required include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence clearly showing your date of birth.

If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, 71bd reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and return deposits to the originating payment source. 4. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 71bd, you must complete the registration process and create an account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is strictly limited to one registered account on the 71bd platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. If 71bd identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts beyond the first may be closed, any balances across duplicate accounts may be voided, and the player may be permanently excluded from the platform.

Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. 71bd will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as having been authorised by you, and 71bd will not be liable for any resulting losses.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 71bd support immediately at [email protected]. 71bd recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security.

Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 71bd reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower) to dormant accounts after a period of inactivity exceeding twelve months, following written notification to the registered email address on file.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

71bd supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be required for large deposits.
• Deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances are denominated in BDT.
• 71bd does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 71bd bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
• 71bd reserves the right to refuse a deposit or reverse a deposited amount if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these terms.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level and payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the account, and in the same name as the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player within the platform prior to processing. Once a withdrawal has been submitted for processing by 71bd's finance team, it cannot be reversed by the player.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted outside business hours or on public holidays may be processed on the following business day.
• 71bd may request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

71bd offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified account unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, household, IP address, payment method, and device, unless the offer explicitly states that it is a recurring promotion.
• 71bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice and to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. As a general guide:

• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, unless the promotion specifies a deposit-plus-bonus calculation.

Where bonus abuse is identified, 71bd reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings and to close the account permanently.

7. Betting & Casino Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and casino gaming activity conducted on the 71bd platform. Game-specific rules (e.g., for individual slot titles, live table games, or specific sports markets) are provided within the relevant game interface and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Sports Betting

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed; the odds at the point of confirmation are binding.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or voided will be settled according to the specific market rules applicable to that event. In the absence of specific rules, voided bets will be returned to the account balance at the staked amount.
• In-play (live) bets accepted after a material event (e.g., a wicket falling in cricket, a goal in football) but before the platform's systems have updated to reflect that event may be voided at 71bd's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits may apply to individual markets. Where a bet exceeds the applicable maximum, 71bd reserves the right to reduce the stake to the maximum permitted amount or to decline the bet entirely.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), 71bd reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and settle at the corrected price or return stakes.

Casino Games

• All casino games on 71bd use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning. Game outcomes are fair and cannot be influenced by the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, software error, or power failure — 71bd's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. If an outcome cannot be determined, the game round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game, table, and account verification status.
• Winnings from casino games are credited to your account balance automatically upon game completion. There is no cap on winnings from real-money play (bonus play wagering caps may apply — see Section 6).

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 71bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 71bd staff or other players through any channel including live chat, email, or social media.
• Circumventing self-exclusion arrangements by registering a new account or using another person's account during an active exclusion period.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

71bd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Identification of a duplicate account belonging to the same individual.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the account to be frozen or closed.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 71bd will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests for the available real-money balance before closing the account. Bonus funds and associated unmet wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your access to the platform will be terminated. Transaction history and account data will be retained by 71bd for the period required by applicable data retention obligations. The closure of an account does not release either party from obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 71bd's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

71bd expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any nature.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or events beyond 71bd's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security or from use of the account by an unauthorised third party where such use resulted from the player's own negligence.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, match data, or statistics provided on the platform for informational purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

71bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it materially affects your rights or obligations — 71bd will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account and via a prominent notice on the platform.

Minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by law) may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the 71bd platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
